Manage filters & share with users on Espocrm. Also, can share data with external software via API.

Key Features¶

Users can create custom filters.
Users can share these filters with other users in Espocrm.
Shared filters can pick up by other users on the fly.
Users can save shared filters to their own presets.
Filter owner can update the filter.

Access Levels¶

Shared filters come with customizable access levels to control visibility and usage.
Access levels include: - Standard: Accessibility calculated by roles (own, team, account & contact). - In Portal Disabled: Accessible by all users, but disabled in the portal. - Is Portal Only: Accessible only in the portal. - Is Admin Only: Filter is restricted to system administrators.

Enhanced Integration¶

By enabling the API access, users can generate links to feed filtered data into external systems such as AI, BI, and more.
This feature opens up possibilities for advanced analytics, reporting, and automation beyond EspoCRM.
