Create an API key

1. Open the Anthropic Console.
2. Create a key and copy it securely.

Connect EspoCRM

1. Open Administration > Integrations > AI » Anthropic.
2. Enable the integration.
3. Enter the API key.
4. Click Test & Fetch Models.
5. Select a model and test again to verify generation.
6. Save.
7. Select Anthropic under Administration > AI Settings > General when it should be the default provider.

Use a model with tool support for CRM-aware Chat. File and image input support depends on the selected model. Image generation is not provided through this integration.

Troubleshooting

Confirm the key, account quota, selected model, and related AI Log entry.
