Email Composer¶

Email Composer adds AI actions to new messages and replies.

Requirements¶

The user needs AI and AI Email Composer permissions plus normal Email access.

Describe the message, choose the available writing options, generate a preview, and insert it into the editor.

Generate a reply from the current email context. The draft is inserted above the existing quoted thread.

Improve only the user's draft. The quoted thread remains unchanged.

Restore the previous editor value after an AI action. Undo history lasts only for the current browser session.

The same core actions are available in supported HTML and plain-text composer modes.

Generated text is never sent automatically. Verify recipients, names, dates, prices, commitments, and quoted content before sending.
