Field Text Generation

Field Text Generation adds AI writing actions to supported Text, Varchar, and WYSIWYG fields.

Enable it

  1. Open Administration > Entity Manager.
  2. Select an entity and open Fields.
  3. Edit a supported field.
  4. Enable AI text generation.
  5. Optionally assign an AI Prompt.
  6. Save.

Available actions

Depending on the field type, users can:

  • Generate from record context
  • Improve writing
  • Fix grammar
  • Make text shorter or longer
  • Adjust tone
  • Translate
  • Run a saved or custom prompt
  • Undo the last AI changes

Translation choices come from AI Settings > Translate > Field Translation Languages.

Custom prompt

Click Custom Prompt beside the field, enter your instruction, and click Generate. Review the output before choosing Insert.

The user needs AI and AI Field Action permissions. Generated content remains in the editor until the user saves the record.
