AI Sandbox

AI Sandbox is an administrator page for testing a prompt, profile, record context, and optional Chat tools.

Use it

  1. Open Administration > AI Sandbox.
  2. Select an entity and optional record.
  3. Select a profile when needed.
  4. Enter the prompt.
  5. Enable tools only when the test requires CRM access.
  6. Run the request.

Without tools, the Sandbox tests normal generation. With tools, it uses the Chat tool flow and reports the tools and iteration count.

Use non-sensitive test records where possible. Normal access checks and action confirmations still apply; the Sandbox is not a permission bypass.
