Email Template Generator

Generate an EspoCRM Email Template from a plain-language description.

Use it

Start from either location:

  • Open Email Templates and click Generate Email Template.
  • Open an Email Template form and choose AI Generate from the actions menu.

Describe the template, select the relevant entity when available, and review the preview. Accepting the result fills the template form; it does not save the record.

Email Template generator

The generator respects HTML or plain-text mode. For HTML templates, review the rendered preview and placeholders before saving.

The body editor also provides quick actions such as Improve, Fix Grammar, and Make Shorter.

Requirements

The user needs AI and AI Templates permissions plus create or edit access to Email Templates.
